Stefanie Lang, Valparaiso High School
6-4 Year of Graduation 2010
Junior Center

Although young for her grade, Stef continues to improve at an alarming rate each year after getting the basketball bug between her freshman and sophomore year.  As a sophomore starter Stef’s per game average was 10.7 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assist, and 4 blocked shots.

She helped the Vikings to a 2nd place in the Chesterton sectional.  Stef worked very hard on her strength, footwork, and post moves before her junior year.  She is currently averaging 13.7 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assist, 1 steal and 5 blocked shots per game.  All of this while being double and triple teamed!  She is definitely the “inside” leader for the Vikings and working daily on her 1-1 moves with the ball.
