ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS: We are not able to get emails
through to many of you due to various "blockers". i.e.
"spam" blockers or Schools that block all emails that
are not on their "approved" list. You need to tell
your school computer tech or your internet provider that
you want the emails from IBCA and/or Gene Milner to be
accepted and allowed to get to you. Include our "bulk"
emails from WEBLINK INTERNATIONAL also. This is easy to do
and we cannot do it from this end....You must do it so
please tell the appropriate people that you want to
